From simple keyword searching to more complex searches such as concept, color, and category, research is enhanced with
- over than 6.1 million photographs from 1825 to today (up to the minute), with about 3,000 new photos added every day
- more than 198,000 graphics, including maps, timelines, logos and graphs
- over 4,500 hours of audio clips dating from as far back as the 1920s, including hourly newscast updated 24/7
- in excess of 2.4 million full primary source articles which can be explored via highlighted search terms as they appear in the body of the story
The Associated Press has won more Pulitzer Prizes than any other news agency, and is the most credible source for non-biased reporting. Founded in 1848, the AP is the oldest and largest news organization in the world, and is an important part of modern-day world history, serving more than one billion people each day.
