Join WILS' Library Consortium

There are three membership levels from which to choose.
All membership fees are based on size and type of library. See member fees.

Service Level 3: is for institutions that wish to use cooperative purchasing services. For a consortial organization (such as a public library system), it provides cooperative purchasing services for the consortial organization only, and not for its member organizations. Each member organization that wants to license databases through the WiLS Cooperative Purchasing will need their own Level 3 membership.  Annual fees for this level are based on size and type of library.

Service Level 2: is for institutions that wish to use WiLS ILL in addition to WiLS Cooperative Purchasing (comparable to "Resource Sharing Membership"). Annual fees for this level are based on size and type of library.

Service Level 1: is for institutions that wish to make use of the full menu of New WiLS Services as well as ILL/Reference and Cooperative Purchasing. Group discount is available. Annual fees for this level are based on size and type of library. (Level One Services)

There is no membership level or fee associated with use of OCLC services.
