Hotel Accommodations
Reserve your room as soon as possible; blocks of hotel rooms will be held until September 30. Special rates are being offered, for a limited time on a first-come, first-served basis, to our attendees at either the DoubleTree Hotel-Madison, located five blocks from the Pyle Center OR the Lowell Center, located one block from the Pyle Center. The Lowell Center Conference & Lodging Facility offers 81 well-appointed guest rooms, and an indoor swimming pool (the largest hotel pool in the area), sauna, and exercise room. You'll also find several class rooms, board room and break-out areas, a large dining room, and two beautiful reception areas. A delicious continental breakfast and parking (one space per guest room for the person(s) using the room) are included.

*Wisconsin State Rate for qualified individuals: Single occupancy: $70.00 per night Double occupancy: $80.00 per night
Register online with the Lowell Center. by clicking on the Conference or Event Room Reservation and fill-in Group Number: CONTENT, choose the dates of your stay and click on View Rates and Calendar on the next page. When ready click on Continue to Reserve This Room. Fill in the information requested and click Make Reservation if you are paying the Regular Rate.
*If you qualify for Wisconsin State Rates, you must type in "Please give me State Rate" in the Comments or Requests box before you click Make Reservation, in order to be charged the WI State Rate. You may also call in your reservation.

Parking Permits: The Pyle Center has reserved parking for conference participants. Parking permits are mailed or held for those who request them 10 days prior to the conference. Regarding Public Parking on Campus: We suggest parking at the public State Street parking ramp, with entrances at 415 N Lake St & 430 N Frances St (see interactive campus map). You pay as you go there, so no need for coins to feed meters. They accept cash, Visa or MasterCard. there are other public parking lots available without advanced registration.
