NoveList v4.0, the preeminent readers' advisory database, is an electronic resource designed to support fiction readers of all ages in locating and appreciating both classic and popular authors or titles. For library staff, NoveList serves as added memory— supplementing and expanding their personal knowledge of fiction—enabling them to serve readers that are interested in authors, titles or genres with which staff are unfamiliar. Online web-based training system provides a complete introduction to the product for both novice and experienced users. Sample searches using frequently asked readers' advisory questions walk both staff and patrons through the product. Printable search aids provide the perfect review sheet for staff and also serve as handouts for introducing patrons to the product.

NoveList K-8 is a rich fiction database especially tailored to grades K-8. With several user-friendly ways to search, media specialists, teachers and students can find lists of books by:
• Topics or units (United States Revolution, ten-year old boys, Latina girls, etc.)
• Awards (Newbery, Caldecott, Coretta Scott King, and over 100 more)
• Genres (science fiction, mystery, fantasy)
• Grade level or appeal, by searching full-text reviews (grades 4-6, read-aloud, fast-paced)
• Author, Title or Series name

In addition, NoveList K-8 has:
