A dynamically updated reference source that contains information on 5,000 U.S. government, state, local, international, and intergovernmental web sites. Expertly compiled, this database helps users to locate authoritative and reliable government information. Each site has been carefully reviewed and evaluated by editorial staff with experience in compiling essential government information. kcdlonline is a searchable database, comprises over 30,000 current pages of text submitted by educational agencies, providing curriculum information on a variety of subjects covered in PreK-12 and Adult Basic Education. In addition, over 200 of the documents included in past editions of KCDL microfiche are available through kcdlonline’s hyperlinks to the issuing agencies’ web sites.
Subjects covered include core disciplines such as math, science, English and language arts, foreign language and social studies. Also includes English as a second language, early childhood programs, special education programs, fine arts, and guidance.
