Best Practices for November 18, 2010

The meeting will be held Thursday Nov. 18th, 2010 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.

Best Practices for July 15, 2010

Thursday, July 15, 2010, The Illinois group hosts this Best Practices session.

This month we're pleased to have Illinois hosting Best Practices. Despite tough challenges being faced by Illinois libraries, Arlington Heights Memorial Library has continued to make virtual reference service a priority. Bill Pardue, Reference and Virtual Services Supervisor from Arlington Heights Memorial Library, will be joining us to talk about how they've made virtual reference a success in their community. Best Practices--May 20, 2010

Thursday, May 20, 2010, Wisconsin DPI hosts this Best Practices session

With spring in full bloom, we'll be talking abouta fresh idea for assisting patrons in the chat environment: screencasting. During this session we'll talk about what it is, and how it can help create a more enriching experience for patrons.
